A graduate of Neumont University, Joshua is a hard-working and self-motivated individual. His high school career was spent at a Charter high school, focusing primarily on community building and project-based learning. During that time he worked as the systems administrator for the school he was attending, actively participating in student government, and serving as an official member of the school’s Governing Council.
After graduating high school, he continued his position as systems administrator for the school and began developing major web-based intranet solutions for both a local internet service provider and the charter school. He also became active as a member of the school’s staff by becoming actively involved in the group dynamics program. He was in charge of teaching math, mentoring projects, and overseeing a learning team that was focusing on Japanese culture. His focus was primarily on building groups, teaching them to work together through team building exercises, and real-life application of these skills by leading the students on world travel. The time he spent in this position gave him valuable skills as a leader, a mentor, and a group member.
Upon attending Neumont University, he leaned on his skills as a leader and mentor by assuming the role of project manager in the majority of school projects and quickly gained an excellent rapport with his fellow classmates. He specializes in leadership, architecture, and business analysis. He became active in the Student Government, serving as its Vice President and aiding in the creation and ratification of a Constitution.
Halfway through his Neumont career, Joshua formed Revolutionary Networks, a small group of developers who all had a common goal: to further their knowledge and experience. The group still continues to work on projects and he is currently serving as the Director of this group. Before graduating, he founded an organization at Neumont University to carry on the philosophy of the group, with the help of supporting staff members.
